What school did you decide on? Westfield Friends

Grade your child entered/will enter: Pre-K
What neighborhood are you in?: Center City
What schools did you consider? We considered TPS, Friends Select, Frankford Friends, and Moorestown Friends. We also looked at St. Peter’s, but did not seriously consider it.
What factors were most important to you? Tuition, Reputation, Teaching Philosophy, Teacher Quality, Special Programs (language immersion, music, etc.), class size
What first attracted you to the school? We liked the spacious campus, the small classes, and curriculum. We also noted how great the kids were and how easily they spoke to adults.
Did you relocate in order to choose this school? No
On the political spectrum, I consider myself to be…moderate
Please share anything else about your experience Although the school is in NJ, it’s only 15 minutes from center city.
