Yes, it's once again time again for the Voluntary Transfer Program (VTP)! For Philadelphia residents, VTP allows families to apply for seats in public schools outside of their designated catchment. 
With so many people vying for spots in the same trendy public and charter schools, it is worth considering some schools that might not be on your radar. 
I wanted my child to experience other cultures, and to be part of the good things that happen when a school is supported by parents. I saw that Lea had the foundation of great teachers, so I decided to dedicate time to improve other areas.
